The service was impeccable — the staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from restaurant recommendations and bookings to seamless taxi and train transfers. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always eager to help. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's fun and modern decor added an extra touch of charm to our stay. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and top-notch service!

Breakfast was cooked perfectly and lovingly served, but lets face it, you don't stay at this hotel for its breakfast. The decor of this hotel is stunning! We were lucky enough to be upgraded and stayed in room 9 with its quirky and uber cool interior design. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome and looked after. The hotel is in a great location to see all the sites of Antwerp and only a 15min walk from our arrival at the beautiful train station.

It's a small hotel so it has a small number of staff and they do everything including opening doors, help with luggage, serving you a bar drink, operating breakfast, ... all of it with dedication - bravo to them. I was told the owner actually decorated and I could only say WAW, I loved everything about it including the friends art and paintings on the wall.

There is a restaurant but we didn’t try it.
